Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated trader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in trading equities, derivatives, or other financial instruments and will be responsible for executing trades, managing risk, and contributing to our overall trading strategy. You will work closely with our research and algorithm development teams to implement strategies, optimize performance, and ensure consistent profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Trading Execution: Execute trades based on proprietary trading strategies, market analysis, and risk management guidelines. Focus on both intraday and positional strategies.
• Strategy Implementation: Work with the algorithm development team to implement and optimize automated trading strategies. Analyze and improve trading systems, particularly in options, futures, and equities markets.
• Risk Management: Monitor market conditions and portfolio risk in real time. Implement risk management controls to minimize exposure and prevent large drawdowns.
• Market Research: Conduct technical and fundamental analysis to support trading decisions. Stay updated on market trends, economic news, and industry developments.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report key performance metrics for your trading activities. Continuously evaluate strategy performance and adjust accordingly.
• Capital Management: Make recommendations for capital allocation based on market opportunities and risk-adjusted returns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the research, development, and analytics teams to test and enhance trading models and performance.
